Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or operational issues beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address, including correct PIN code and mobile number.

  • If an order is delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable due to incorrect address, incomplete details, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, Flexora Collections shall not be responsible.

In such cases:

    • The order will be treated as delivered/attempted.

    • No re-shipment, replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided.

    • Any additional re-delivery or handling charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Failed Delivery & COD Refusal

  • Repeated COD refusals or failed delivery attempts may result in future orders being blocked.

Estimated Taxes

  • Certain products may include estimated taxes or additional charges at checkout based on product category, location, or fulfilment requirements.

  • These charges are mandatory and payable along with the COD order amount.
