At Flexora Collections, we follow a strict NO RETURN / NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE policy, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws for online sales of goods.

No Return / No Refund / No Exchange

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • After successful delivery, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Customers are advised to place orders only after reviewing product details carefully.

Replacement Policy (Only in Genuine Cases)

Replacement is the only resolution offered by Flexora Collections and will be considered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged, or

  • The wrong product is delivered.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product display) is mandatory.

  • Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted.

Important Clarifications

  • Minor color variations, packaging differences, or size perception issues do not qualify as damage.

  • Damage caused due to customer handling, misuse, or wear after delivery is not covered.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

Legal Compliance

This policy is framed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable e-commerce rules in India. By placing an order, the customer agrees to resolve concerns directly with Flexora Collections through our support channels before approaching any external forum.

All decisions taken by Flexora Collections regarding replacements shall be final and binding.
